Los Planetas - Las Canciones Del Agua (Black) - LP

Sello: Ejercito Rojo

El Ejército Rojo label presents...Los Planetas, the most important indie rock band in Spain, publish their tenth studio album, "Las canciones del agua".The album contains nine songs from an unfathomable group, due to their unique way of looking at music and listening to the world, in a state of grace after almost three decades of career. Annoying, controversial, necessary."Las canciones del agua" are articulated in two "temporarily autonomous" blocks, one local and the other global: Granada (Spain) and the world.Unpredictable, once again, Los Planetas begin their tenth album studio with an overwhelming adaptation of "El manantial", a poem in which Federico García Lorca harmonizes human beings and nature, which the people of Granada turn into a masterful, ecstatic song. Transcendent. From Lorca to Khaled (PXXR GVNG), making his own "Se quiere venir", by the Granada's trap star. More Granada in the adaptation of "La morralla", by Carlos Cano, and in "Las Alegrías, de Graná", previously published as a preview of this album which, in it's second block, compiles five of the songs published by Los planetas from the beginning of that epidemic Covid-19 disease that has spread throughout the world and has attacked all the individuals that populate it. He listens to "La nueva normalidad", "El negacionista", "El Rey de España", "El apocalipsis zombie" and "Antiplanetismo" and decide for yourself.Released on their own label, El Ejército Rojo, Los Planetas offer "Las canciones del agua" in three different editions with drawings and design by the pop artist Javier Aramburu: CD, 12" vinyl and a very careful limited and numbered edition of 2000 copies with open folder and transparent vinyl 180g.TRACKLIST1.
