HOW TO BUY

You can search by Artist or Title in the search field. Click on the Magnifying Glass.

You can also search by Format (Vinyls, CDs, DVDs / Blu-rays, Cassettes, Books, T-shirts, Hoodies) and Musical Styles (Hardcore-Punk, Metal, Rock-Pop-Other Styles, Rap / Hip-Hop, Ska-Reggae) by clicking on the corresponding option in the main menu.

Add the products you want to buy to your Shopping Cart.

Select the Payment Method.

Complete your order and you will receive an order confirmation E-mail.

Subsequently, you will receive another E-mail informing you of the status update of your order and requesting payment for it.

SHIPPING COSTS / SHIPPING METHODS

-SPANISH STATE (Except Balearic and Canary Islands):

Flat rate of 4.99 Euros for all orders (Peninsula).
Certified shipping with Tracking Number.

-SPANISH STATE (Balearic Islands):

Flat rate of 6.99 Euros for all orders (Balearic Islands).
Certified shipping with Tracking Number.

-SPANISH STATE (Canary Islands):

Starting from 9.99 Euros (Canary Islands).
Certified shipping with Tracking Number.

We do NOT offer regular (non-certified) shipping.

EUROPE / WORLD

For EUROPE/WORLD the shopping cart will calculate shipping costs depending on the format, weight, and dimensions of each product.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING TIMES

There are products we have in our local warehouse that we will reserve for you immediately.

There are many other products located in our central warehouse or at the warehouses of our national and European suppliers. These products can take between 5 and 15 business days to arrive at our local warehouse (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days).

During holiday periods (summer, Christmas, etc...), during times of postal service saturation, or due to exceptional circumstances, some products may take 20-30 business days or even longer to reach our local warehouse (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days).

The amount for unavailable or out-of-stock products will be subtracted from the total to be paid, and we will continue processing the rest of the items in your order.

When all available products from your order have arrived at our local warehouse, we will notify you, dispatch your package, and send you your tracking number.

We do not make partial shipments of products (except in exceptional cases).

PRODUCT CONDITION

We sell new products and used products.

New products may be factory-sealed or new without use but NOT sealed.

Used products may be Mint (M-), Very Good Plus (VG+), or Very Good (VG).

Each used product is accompanied by the condition of both the media (CD, LP, DVD...) and the cover.

RETURN POLICY

We only allow returns in the event that we have sent an incorrect product.

In any case, we are sure we can reach an agreement for other types of issues.
