Holly Golightly - Look Like Trouble - LP

Sello: Damaged Goods

Holly Golightly returns with Look Like Trouble, her first album in seven years, offering ten original songs that capture her singular perspective on life's highs and lows. Highlights include `Black Tongue', which she calls "a melodic hex", and `It's All', a memorial piece dedicated to friends whose funerals she couldn't attend. Balancing the darker moments, `Rolling Along' is an upbeat encouragement for all, while `Miss Fortune' delivers a sharp-tongued warning "for those without a lick of sense." As ever, Golightly's blend of wry humour, heartfelt reflection and no-nonsense candour makes for a compelling listen.
